After tons of verbal combat with leftwing pussbags over the years here is my take on their logic.
The US is unique in that the Constitution mandates that treason “solely” consists of “waging war” (using force of any kind) on the federal government (military, elected officials, marshals, any federal employee et al).
It seems to be their idea that a lefty president can order the MILITARY to confiscate private firearms.
If you use force to resist this it is TREASON.
Then they declare MARTIAL LAW (suspend Constitution).
Reality Check
The president and military derive their lawful authority from the Constitution.
Hence such an action while the 2nd Amendment is valid would be ILLEGAL and INSURRECTION.
That president and the military would lose their lawful authority and have the legal standing of a FRANC-TIREUR.
It is not treason to use force against them if they have lost their lawful authority.

Then, they ridicule us.
Then, they lie about us.
Then, they take away our means of defense.
Then, they arrest us.
Then, they imprison us.
Then, they execute us.
What makes you think that's what they would do? These are by definition smart people in that they see through this attempt to steal this election. Do you think the commies are the only ones with internet access? Do you think the commies are the only ones who know how to build a database?
President Trump received over 72 million votes. A mere 8 percent of that amount would be a larger force than the entire militaries of the US, China and Russia combined.
You don't mess with an angry 72 million of anything, not even butterflies. If any sizable percentage of 72 million people decide they've had it with this nonsense, guns will not even be needed. They would win using gardening tools.
75 million? ..gotta be more than that? Not counting families with 15-17 y/o who couldn’t vote but are solidly with their parents?
There’s only one way. The one communists always use. You kill dissenters until dissension stops. They know that. It just wouldn’t be prudent to reveal it early.
