Three Republican members of Michigan’s House of Representatives introduced a resolution for impeachment against Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Wednesday, following the state’s plan to enforce new coronavirus-related restrictions.
“The four articles of impeachment against Gov. Whitmer include failing to respect the separation of powers by exercising power granted to the legislative branch, violating the constitutional rights of the people of Michigan, issuing executive orders against the interests of the people and state, and using state resources to reward political allies,” he added.....
“We’re not the party that impeaches someone because we’re upset with policies that they’ve enacted,” he told local news outlet Michigan Live. “I thought it was shameful what the Democrats did to President Trump last last year, and I would I would assume that any attempt by Republicans right now, with the current set of facts that we have to impeach the governor, would be on the same level.”

The MI Supreme Court unanimously determine she broke the law, IMHO that is grounds for impeachment.

In light of the ongoing election fraud chaos, I'm starting to question a lot of state-wide office holders. Was Gretchen Whitmer actually voted into office, or was she "helped" by Dominion software?? Same goes for a few other governor/freaks in some other purple states that I can't believe the people actually voted for...
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is an unelected Bureaucracy /appointed/ by the Governor.
All enforcement authority the DHHS has flows from the Governor who gives operational “orders” to the DHHS.
The DHHS IS NOT a wholly independent agency of the People; rather, an extension of the Governors office.
The Governors extension “Emergency COVID Orders” were found to be in violation of the Michigan Constitution.
How, then, are the DHHS emergency orders not a legal extension of orders already found to be unconstitutional?
The DHHS has no authority or mandate to create law under color of emergency orders.
Any such orders can and should be considered as recommendations-only to the individual citizens of the State of Michigan.
Keep an eye out!! FRAUD is not just used for Presidential elections!

Of course. I’ve often wondered why the people of Venezuela voted for their own destruction. With the adjustable vote tallying machines, I now know they most likely did not.
Some with this Michigan Gov, she will win in a landslide with practically no one actually voting for her.
