The Democrats are doing whatever they can to prevent it.
I’m no lawyer, but I believe if you “plead the Fifth” it may make you look guilty but a court is not supposed to assume you are guilty just because you took the Fifth.
But what these guys are doing? Changing the rules? Trying to hide lists? That makes them look guilty, and I think a court should definitely assume that they are guilty.
They are all confused “I don’t know what motion you mean.” “Well, I withdraw the motion.” It’s chaos in this meeting.

When I was active as a precinct captain I was given the voters list of that precinct and would visit each name on that list at the address listed. That by the way was in Chicago’s 23rd and 12th wards. In that way there was no question about qualified voters

Tabling the motion. I think they can see how many people are watching and are freaked out by the large number. They seem very nervous. I think they are hoping to delay (and be boring and stupid) until everyone leaves - then they’ll bring up the cheat motions.

The use social distancing as if it was necessary to accomplish the recounting of ballots. It is social distancing nothing being discussed is social.

Doesn’t sound like they are trying to obstruct a recount, or block trump challenges.
Sounds like they are trying to figure out how to conduct a recount in the midst of pandemic guidelines.

He basically just said 'look I wasn't born yesterday ... this is the usual bullsh*t dems do' ... he just wants to put in a clause that 'observing is more important than health guidelines' -> in other words -> prevent the surely dem health people from rendering some social distance ruling that AGAIN makes it impossible to observe.
The dems are of course arguing that the poor poll workers would suffer.
Dean is great ... he says flat out 'THE ELECTION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN HEALTH'. Wish I could send him a thumbs up in the meeting. He's the on patriot on the call.
