So use their own arguments against this proposal. The ones disproportionately affected by this are those with lower incomes. In particular, minorities tend to have lower incomes but must pay the same tax as someone that is much more wealthy. This is clearly ethnic (racial) discrimination and cannot be allowed to stand.
