Pfizer and partner BioNTech announced their coronavirus vaccine is more than 95% effective in the final analysis of its massive Phase 3 trial on Wednesday, and has reached a key safety milestone that will allow the company to apply for Food and Drug Administration authorization “within days.”
If the FDA gives the vaccine the green light, Pfizer will likely make history as the first company with an FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccine. It has plans to start delivering millions of doses of the potentially lifesaving vaccine to the most vulnerable overnight once the government gives a green light, possibly before the end of 2020, the company said.

Reminds me of the movie “I Am Legend”, remake of the “Omega Man”.
Once its out they will release anew strain. They know now by the reaction of the masses that they have control

Impossible. Fauci said so.

liquid nitrogen is colder than that and has had routine lines of delivery for years
If true, then the horse of the anti-christ rides into the world and the apocalypse is upon us I fear.
I think the Vikings may have been right a bit, at the end of time there will be loads of war.
Stock in liquid nitro goes up.
How so?
It sure isn’t dispensed at -70.
This just indicates that in order to have a decent shelf life, it needs to be temp controlled.
Sometimes pop-in thoughts that appear to be common sense....aren’t.
“For long-term storage, the vaccine has to be kept at very cold temperatures—around –70° Celsius (–94° Fahrenheit), which requires a specialized freezer. (Flu vaccines, by contrast, can usually be stored in a refrigerator.) The company has developed a specialty thermal shipping container, which can be kept cold with dry ice and be used to store the vaccine doses for up to 15 days. If long-term storage isn’t required, Pfizer’s vaccine can be stored in a refrigerator, but only for up to five days.” https://www.forbes.com/sites/alexknapp/2020/11/10/what-you-need-to-know-about-pfizers-covid-19-vaccine/?sh=63caec1d4c46

95% effective includes people that a asymptomatic. And my assumption is this is based on the growing of antibodies which if grown correctly will prevent the real one from attaching. I would think you would then deploy to the older folks but did they test this on people with co morbidities and how are they affected. Very poor development and testing in my view. But old Ezekiel won’t give it to older folks anyway.
They made a 95% effective cure of something that is 98% survivable. I don’t bite!!
Umm, thought it was 90% and then had to be frozen in the Arctic north........
You sound dumber than a rock.
Thanks for name calling failing to wonder if maybe the individual making the post forgot a sarcasm tag, etc. Stay classy tho.
Something tells me that even after 90% of the people are vaccinated, the fascists in power will still find a reason to continue tightening the screws of control on us. They got the power and really love having the power and really hate letting go. They will find some other excuse.
I think the government is going to tell them where they ship this and how it is distributed. I believe heard front line health workers and nursing homes. Except New York.
A vaccine gives you a small dose of virus so your immune system can build the necessary defense.
People have the virus, but do not exhibit symptoms. Folks suspect they are vulnerable to sickness that will present more than a year into the future.
Why have someone inject you with a virus that will make you sick in the next 10 years??
Iowa medical society mass e-mailing says Iowa Department of Public Health has already approved over 1000 vaccine provider agreements, including all local public health agencies, 83 hospitals, 260 long-term care facilities, 192 pharmacies and many independent physician clinics And identified 29 locations statewide for that needed ultra-cold storage. Does sound like the logistics planning has been well done.
