I’m having the same problem understanding what that 95% refers to. If it’s 95% of the whole population, then it’s better to do nothing and get 98%.
If it’s 95% effective for the elderly with co-morbicities then it’s something to cheer.
In other words, if the 95% applies to the 2% percent that currently die, thus reducing that 2% to 0.1% then you got something.
