Sure, send his ass over.
He’s got an 18-year-old girl and a couple of boys, 16 and 9. I hope they’re being prepped for their enlistments.
We will NEVER Leave Afghanistan, there is way too much Opium Money to be made, Billions a Year
Republicans are mostly awful people.
How would you like your son or daughter to be the last, or the next US servicemember to be killed in a war that we have no interest in winning?
Or your wife, or your husband?
What the heck?
Soldiers deployed to Afghanistan in 2001 are old enough to retire on half pay.
They could have kids old enough to deploy.
Bring ‘em home. Bring “em ALL home.
This, and the Lindsey Graham fist bump...
Another day, another day we’re putting up with it.
We need someone really good to primary him. I bet he’s running for President before that.
Did he say this from a recruiting office where he was signing up?

Generally speaking I think President Trump has done a very good job handling the conflict in Afghanistan and opening new opportunities between the United States and Pakistan.
It is my hope that one day all American forces will be able to return home.

A drawdown to 2,500 counter-terrorism forces may be sufficient, but should be conditions based, to protect America’s interests.
I look forward to hearing our commander’s views on this matter.

It is imperative, for our own national security, that a counter-terrorism force remain in Afghanistan until conditions warrant their removal.
A counter-terrorism force in Afghanistan is an insurance policy against another 9/11.

I am hopeful but very suspicious of any efforts by the Taliban to reject al-Qaeda in any meaningful way.
It is not in America’s interests for Afghanistan to sink back into civil war as that is a ripe opportunity for ISIS and al-Qaeda to reemerge in force.
GOP losers love their wars.
Killing more Americans for a pile of sand.
I believe they are still making money off the poppies.
Since ot looks like Joe Birdbrain is going to win, all the RINOs in Congre$$ are showing their true allegiance and it’s not to the people but to the deep state of government and party.
Sasse worried about missing out on his opium profits. Scumbag.

Hey Ben! You could always enlist if you think you can pass the physical.
Put a uniform on Sasse, that A-hole, and let him lead a platoon of his neocons buddies on patrol in Taliban country for a few months and then let’s see what he has to say. He’s like a young robin, always has his mouth open and nothing intelligent to say.
I have a feeling that a$$wipe has never looked down the barrel of a gun and pulled the trigger. Otherwise he would not be talking that way. And... has anyone read the history of Afghanistan since 1700? How did that work out for every country that’s tried!
