I worked for a company that had major construction work in Vegas—back in the day.

If the ballots are in doubt in one race and the president is on the same ticket, why should we believe that ONLY local races are in doubt?
so internet is showing that BIden won with less than the votes in question in Nevada.
That means he cant win Nevada until the situation is resolved.
If they require a new election ...LOLOL
OMG..this would mean that possibly SCOTUS would take up the PA Con law case because it might make a difference
exactly. That is 153,000 ballots that are now suspect and should be thrown out. Bet that changes the overall results.

In 1876 they had massive fraud—total voter “turnout” (aka voter fraud) increased by ten percentage points over 1872 with boring candidates and uninteresting issues.
Nobody had a clue what the real numbers looked like, so Congress just picked a President, one vote per state (in accordance with the Twelfth Amendment) and the Republican candidate was chosen.
Today the Republicans have a 26-22 state lead for that vote, so President Trump would serve a second term under such an arrangement.

The mail-in ballots were “originally tabulated” by first inspecting and verifying the signatures on the ballot envelope. And since that can no longer be done, there’s no way to conduct a lawful recount.
The only remedy is to hold a new election.
Biden is only 33,606 votes ahead of Trump in Nevada, before these ballots are removed.
Now let’s see if Republicans, like Laxalt, can use this to get a full recount of the entire state.
All of you need to see if the dominion servers were used in your state. If so, please call or email your Governor or republican representative or senator and tell them they need to investigate. The Clark County Commission just certified their election count in all races except the subject District C.
That particular race was within 10 votes.
All other votes/counts certified by county.
Not much of a big victory.
Its off geographic subject a bit, (and even if the AZ GOP-e decided to kick it’s own voters in the face, which they have many times), we still have multiple voting locations in predominantly conservative Trump/McSally areas, from Southeast Phoenix — all the way to East Mesa and Queen Creek, representing a population of well over a half million voters, who were at least intermittently forced to spoil their own ballots with markers forcibly required by Democrat staffed polling station managers and workers.
Fontes (who was a socialist, and a possible Mexican gov plant in Arizona, and who also had strong ties to US AFL-CIO, and who was working hard for left wing socialist - 2018 Soros backed, Arizona SoS Hobbs), LOST HIS ELECTION!
Fontes should not have lost his race, if Trump was legitimately beaten!
#1. 120 year record percentage % Republican vote turn out
#2. Massive witnessed ballot mailer/ballot stuffing voter fraud across central Phoenix (not unusual)
#2. Fontes (popular socialist, AFL-CIO ally, Phoenix Dem henchmen for SoS Hobbs) goes down in spite of Biden ballot stuffing, and Trump ballot destruction!
#3. Multiple democrat staffed voting stations in heavily populated, predominant Trump voting areas, forced to spoil their own ballots!
#4. Trump barely loses by a fraction, against a massive Biden ballot fraud/stuffing vote, in same county where simultaneous democrat ballot spoiling campaign carried out

The Republican Party is AGAIN, apparently denying recourse to justice in Arizona, in favor of illegal and massive voter fraud.

AFL-CIO/USPS organized mass mail ballot stuffing is only legit when a Republican is on the ballot.
AND when we have to consider the possibility of mass casualty shootouts between mafia crime bosses across Las Vegas, bleeding out into Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, New York, Miami, etc...
I doubt NRS 293.404 opens any can of worms that a crooked Nevada judge can’t fix in a few minutes. The state is pretty corrupt. Harry Reid pretty much made sure nobody but 100% reliable party hacks got all the significant positions in the state.

Then we insist on in-person voting!
No if the local race is in question and a recount required the state legislature could still certify the presidential race and send a slate of electors. The only thing that might throw an axe into the works is if they start throwing out ballots during the recount. I assume the Nevada legislature is controlled by the Dems but I don’t know.
