I must have missed the names of these GOP lawmakers.
I know that Kim Ward, the newly elected head of the State Senate has said no such thing.
My State congress critter, Dunbar, has said no such thing.
Who are these 'unnamed GOP lawmakers'?

Don’t you wish fake news, don’t you wish. The Republicans in Pennsylvania will have a super majority in their legislature on Jan 3. Michigan Georgia Wisconsin and Arizona will have majorities of Republicans. The 12 Amendment was written and passed for exactly what the Democrats are trying now.
Questions do you know of any politician or any party who is not thinking about his/her next election? Do you know of any Republican who, armed with a totally legal and Constitutionally backed way to right these wrongs would NOT exercise the rights handed him/her by the 12th Amendment? Finally do you think that after working so hard to get Trump elected any Republican legislature would pass on the chance to elect him again? PLEASE don’t say “Yeah but Republicans has not guts and they are cowards. I agree BUT THEY KNOW if they fasil to do this they will NEVER win another election again anywhere. Relax. If Trump does not win in Court (but he will) he will win with the Constitution.
