Republican majority state legislatures can appoint electors who will vote for Trump on December 14th.
Indeed, Trump clearly won the majority of real votes in contestable states, so if Republican majority state legislatures fail to appoint electors who will vote for Trump on December 14th, they will be complicit in insurrection.
At that point, they might as well quit and hand the offices they have to the Democrat Fraud Machine.
If the Democrat Fraud Machine is allowed to steal the Presidency, it will steal the Senate and then the House and state governments.
They’re just playing it safe. If the court cases throw out certain votes, and the outcome changes, they’ll say once again that they had no hand in it, the court forced them, etc.
AP is not a credible source.
Let ‘em say the same in 30 days, after facts are out.
The Associated Press’ attempt to play gotcha with the
president’s team is tedious at best.
As for any Republican out there right now, Trump is the
leader of your team. You are NOT! As circumstances
warrant you need to keep your options open.

Remember the ubiquitous TV and radio ads with Martin Sheen and other “stars” saying “The Founders had a brilliant idea, the Hamilton electors who could choose to vote against the popular vote in their state to save the nation from a horrible tyrant.”
Hamilton only because the anti-white Broadway hit play was number one (and the actors and crowd jeered VP Pence & Mrs.Pence).
That’s okay but protecting us from total fraud in 2020 is not?
