PENNSYLVANIA (KXAN/CNN) — Six lawsuits filed by President Donald Trump’s campaign have failed to get nearly 9,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania invalidated, CNN reports.
On Friday, two judges threw out the cases, which the Trump campaign complained should not be counted because their outer envelopes lacked names, dates, and/or addresses.
Ultimately, the judges ruled the ballots were valid and they will be processed.

I wonder if these little cases are just cover-fire for something else. Presumably the goal is to get through the necessary round of state and local courts in order to get to the Supreme Court.

I get the feeling about what happened here and also in Detroit yesterday involving local judges was seeing if you could break in by simply kicking a screen window or door open or even just going through an unlocked door.

It’s insane. Imagine if someone entered a voting station and refused to provide their name or address. Would they still be allowed to vote?
In-person voting and mail-in voting should not have different standards.
My prediction is that the Supreme Court will refuse to hear any of these cases.

In many cases the T-Team is going the Federal Court route because they are addressing Article 1, 2 and Amendment 14 issues. Because time is at a premium, they are filing backup cases with state courts.
You may be right, and then CWII will probably erupt.
For what it’s worth, its guaranteed the US Supreme Court will hear the ballot fraud cases on Pennsylvania. They have already before the elections when they ordered ballots from post election day to be separated for the SCOTUS to deal with after the elections.
