South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem criticized excerpts from former President Barack Obama’s soon-to-be-released memoir, calling it a “ridiculous message.”
“What a ridiculous message,” the South Dakota Republican tweeted Thursday in response to an excerpt from Obama’s latest book, "A Promised Land," posted at The Atlantic. “Obama had 8 years, including 2 with full control of Congress. He sent our jobs to China, left our healthcare system in disarray, our foreign policy in shambles & our people divided. Instead of blaming Trump, Obama should consider what led to 2016."
Obama wrote that he had planned to finish writing the memoir in a year after leaving the White House, but “didn’t fully anticipate” the “way events would unfold during the more than three and a half years.”
In another excerpt from the book, Obama said Americans were “spooked by a black man in the White House” and partially blamed former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin for racial tension in the United States.

The leadership of the so called political opposition (Republican) will wonder why as they lose a crucial election because of their inability to stand on principles. When Presidential actions should have been denouced and the police defended. When as President Obama initiated his racial division policy through the abuse of the “Bully Pulpit’ which went unchalanged and subsequently led to attacks on law enforcement. The only person to courageously do so was Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke and has because he is black received the “Uncle Tom” treatment
Clarke decried Obama’s abuse of the “Bully Pulpit” to create racial division which wound up using other similar incidents such as Ferguson MO and NYC.. Where Obama supported by the media would defend the attacker resisting arrest killed in the struggle over a law officers gun. Alledging the attacker was an “unarmed victim” of police brutality because he was black. Subsequently. There were continuous attacks on police ending up in a score of deaths.It Began when Obama used a non descript incident known as The Zimmerman trial and encouraged racial division through his twice use of the “Bully Pulpit”

Obama defended the black attacker who was killed (a 17 year old 5’11 175 pound Trayvon Martin) by a 40 something year old 5’6” black hispanic (Jorge Zimmerman) working security in an integrated housing complex that was attacked by Martin knocking Zimmerman to the ground and the black youth was killed in a struggle over Zimmerman’s gun.
The media portayed the incident as Martin was an innocent black youth murdered in cold blood because he was black and the guard as a white hispanic guarding an exclusive white “gated”community .
Obama used the incident to declare racial division by using the “Bully Pulpit” declaring Martin was a victim of whites who could have been; First; “his son”, then; Obama himself.
When that inflammatory defense was picked by black gangs It also wound up and was used as an excuse to commit a score of racial assaults ending in deaths and serious injuries.
All the while this was happening in various areas of the country Such as the murder of an Australian visitor from Melbourne Christopher Lane killed while exercising on a Duncan Oklahoma street by members of the black gang known as the Crypts.
Such assaults were described by the press as “black youths with nothing better to do” Although there were some gang members who admitted their assaults were “for Trayvon” but met by stony silence from the democrats or denial from MSM because initially it was dismissed as a Obama miss-speak. As if he didn’t rely on a teleprompter for carefully prepared text checked out by advisers giving him the facts.
Shamefully members of the opposition so called Republicans chose not to condemn this but convenient to ignore. Thus demonstrate they are politically dysfunctional. Unwilling to work with or even recognize legitimate concerns from what they call the tea party who in reality are the Reagan voters of 2016 and unable to congeal into a unified working political unit. I am sure we will all be using mail in ballots and dominion software again. If Biden gets in I don’t think any Republican even a great candidate like Noem will stand a chance we will be China by 2024.

First off, she has declared NO.
Secondly, it would seriously jeopardize her reelection as Governor.
That in itself would throw a wrench in SD politics for the next two years.
#7. Re for Obama to say that Americans “were spooked by a black man in the White House” is a super-secret self-hating Munchhausen by Proxy statement.
Re he used the word “spooked” which is often used as a slur term for blacks, i.e. “spook”.
Secondly, a “spook” is also an undercover intelligence agent, many of which he betrayed in his deals with Iran and Red China.
Thirdly, black men helped built the White House, white men (i.e. the British) burned it down, served as long term staffers of trust and admiration for many presidents, and hold Cabinet meetings there during many administrations including Obama’s and Trumps. They were NOT guests at the tables, they were ‘Players’ at the table.
The only thing Left (what else) for him to comment on is the name “White House”. I think he secretly wants to rename it the “Black House”, as comedian Dick Gregory did during the Counter-Inaugural demonstrations against Nixon in 1969.
Obama is a mixed race person - African black, American White. So what? Valerie Jarrett is also mixed as is fake “African-American” Kamala “Miss Kneepads of the 1990’s” Harris who is Asian Indian, Jamaican, possibly White and other racial heritages. So what? Only she lies about it and Obama forgot about his mother and the white side of his family.
You can’t blame part of your racial heritage and wipeout the other part(s). You are what you make of yourself.
Dr. Ben Carson, Nikki Haley, Sen. Tim Scott, Sarah Palin, Elaine Chao, etc., all accomplished things in-spite of, despite, or by ignoring race and doing by hard work, being decent people, and pro-American.
Can’t say that for Obama, Michelle, Harris, Tlaib, Omar, Hironi, etc. If there are/were any racists in politics, it was them.

Every family has it’s problems. Palin’s family life is on the far side of a hot mess. I know, undue public scrutiny, harassment, so on an so forth. Sorry, call me what you will, but I’d like my President to be able to manage their family, before they manage the entire country.
I’m not a Trump fan-boy. The one thing I will give him kudos for is that after he put his philandering ways behind him, he has apparently been a very devoted husband, and managed to raise, and is raising some very fine, talented and driven kids.
I could get excited about that prospect.
He is not a full black man but a mulatto. His mother, a woman who slept around a lot, was white. And the only thing “spooky” about him was his antichrist tendencies.
