Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich (R) defended the states election process on Wednesday against accusations of voter fraud and irregularities from the Trump campaign.
Appearing on Fox News, Brnovich was asked by host Neil Cavuto about recent disputes over voting currently being argued in Arizona, including one in which a Trump campaign attorney claimed to have evidence that votes in Maricopa County had been incorrectly rejected and requested that the evidence be sealed.
Election official attorneys successfully argued to leave the evidence unsealed because the public has a right to know how flimsy Plaintiffs evidence actually is, according to the Arizona Republic.
Brnovich dismissed the lawsuit as inconsequential saying, "We are literally talking about less than 200 votes that are in question and doubt. So the reality is, even if it was possible that those votes flipped, those 200 votes, I do not think it will make a difference in Arizona just because of the numbers."
On election night, if you looked at the numbers - and a lot of people that are really good at politics and polling here had said that it was possible for the president to come back, said Brnovich. He stated that the reality of the election is that Trumps chances of making a comeback in the votes was highly unlikely given the amount of ballots left and the percentage he would need in order to make any gains.
According to Brnovich, there are less than 50,000 votes left to be counted and the president would need to get 65 percent of those to win Arizona.

There is a saying in small business: “Take care of the nickels & dimes, and the dollars will take care of themselves”
I happened to see his name mentioned some time ago about running for governor. Can you imagine him vs let’s say Grant Woods?
General Strikes may be coming.
The Truckers, they are with us.
They can bring the country to its knees in one week.
Most of the Arizona GOP DESPISES John McNasty. He had a 23 percent approval rating when the Grim Reaper came for him. He was a terrible, nasty, back-stabbing senator. Nobody misses him, NOBODY.
God Bless Truckers.
Im in Arizona.
Trust me, voters had Trump first GOP second.
Doesn’t sound like Cavuto has improved one iota.
One smug SOB...he’s daring everybody otherwise!
LIAR.
Stock up on everything. Water, TP, bread, coffee, whatever is important. Water is the most important unless you have a well..
Truckers can show the f'n elite what is most important in this country. The bad guys shut down their favorite radio guy.
Don't get the truckers mad at you. You rely on them.
I can’t get a feel on this....I’ve never known the AG Brynewicz to play politics...pretty straight imho.
Lots of seniors worried about COVID and may have blamed DjT. I’m in AZ, too
jmho
....which radio guy is this ?
And yet another Arizona Republican who just doesn’t get it.
The GOP is finished as an acceptable alternative to the Democrat National Criminals.
And I am not shedding a tear.
The Republican Party desperately wants to commit a Fox-like suicide.
70,000,000 people say the opposite. Glad this mole poked his head up so we can wack it.
>> the president would need to get 65 percent of those to win Arizona
Less to trigger a recount.
Corrupt Demonrat-Soros Stalinazi Sec of State in AZ blocking the votes, and now a corrupt RINO Attorney General falsely rationalizing pro-RINO/anti-Trump fraud. What a state.
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich Endorses John McCain (07/26/2016)
Biden currently ahead by 11,635. AZ Central reports ~46,000 remain to be counted.
Trump needs 58.3% of the remaining votes to trigger a recount
That is impossible to believe. No one would vote Republican down ticket and NOT for Republican for President.
