What about the legal, eligible voters who will be disenfranchised by having their votes cancelled out by ineligible ballots?

This is no different than allowing the “mostly peaceful protesters” to get off Scot free with rioting but arresting law abiding citizens for defending themselves.

The Pennsylvania State Senate and House currently have a 28/21 and 109/93 Republican to Democrat splits, respectively.
The Republican side of the legislature is staring to speak out about the State Court and election officials rewriting or just flat out ignoring election laws.

That’s BS. The election board cannot make that decision. That is repugnant to election law, and can only be changed by the state legislature.

If they count them it is blatant election fraud.

They disenfranchised themselves, if that’s even possible. They have no one but themselves to blame. What if they forgot to put the ballot in the envelope, or if they didn’t mail the ballot? At some point, personal responsibility has to kick in.

A lawfully filled out ballot is a legal document, a form of contract between the citizen and state, and like any other important legal document is worthless without date(s).
