House Democrats have the majority and are ripping each other to shreds. Senate Democrats fell short for the third cycle in a row, but are only grousing about getting out-messaged by Republicans.
The two caucuses are going about their soul-searching a little differently.

Absolute BS misdirection. They are popping Champaign in reality. They think the successfully stole the Presidency, kept the House and used 300 lawsuits to strip out all security measures for vote integrity in almost every swing state. They are 90% of the way there for permanent majority status.
