As of Nov. 8, no results have been certified and legal challenges and recounts are pending in key swing states. Key Points on the Status of the Presidential Race:

Nov. 9, 2020: The Trump campaign filed a lawsuit (pdf) in a federal court seeking an injunction that blocks the state from certifying the results of the 2020 General Election, alleging that state election officials had “mismanaged the election process” and that the counting process was “shrouded in secrecy.”
Nov. 6, 2020: U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito issued a temporary order in the Supreme Court case requiring Pennsylvania to segregate ballots that arrived after Election Day. The Trump campaign filed a motion on Nov. 4 to join the Supreme Court challenge to Pennsylvania’s deadline extension for late-arriving mail-in ballots. A petition for certiorari is currently being considered.
Nov. 5, 2020: The Trump campaign sued Philadelphia County’s Board of Elections to seek an emergency injunction to stop ballot counting in Philadelphia. Update: A federal judge denied the emergency request from the Trump campaign on Nov. 5.

My reading of Barr memo is that he just threw Rudy, Trump Jr. & others chasing false claims under the bus. The memo states DOJ only should investigate “irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.” That # = 0

This is also a money line from Barr memo: “... specious, speculative, fanciful or far - fetched claims
should not be a basis for initiating federal inquiries.” To date, all the claims are just that - Specious, Speculative, Fanciful & Far - fetched !

I read it as Barr trying to appease his current boss, while also trying to give himself an off-ramp to continue working in DC.
By my count, three threads on it have been pulled.

Really?? From what I read they have affidavits, whistle blowers, and much more in hand.
It was mostly legitimate.

I have to say the “wrong Four Seasons” thing—was incredibly funny, even though I’m a HUGE Trump supporter.
A very human mistake. I can’t believe the amount of work this must be causing this group. Exhausting, and right after an exhausting election night. I can’t even imagine.
My cousin worked for the Obama White House (I got a private West Wing tour at night!) and I think most people would be surprised how few people really work for the White House or for a campaign. (Not counting the Executive Branch federal employees).
I find it hard just to keep up with all this, let alone working on strategy and advancing the case!
