Attorney General William Barr has authorized the Department of Justice to investigate what he says are "substantial allegations" of voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Barr wrote that investigations may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.
The development was first reported by the Associated Press on Monday evening.

In before the “nothing will happen” crowd.
Not saying they are wrong....just in before them.
I’m cautiously optimistic, but wary at the same time.
“While isolated incidents have been identified, there is no evidence of systemic attempts to steal this election.”
Cue the bagpipes.
Posted this one because it had the least obnoxious headline and opening, unlike the others.
I’m predicting that the Justice Department is going to be hearing LOTS of stories like this one:

The more I think about this, and with the events of today. I think this is a bad thing. Trump’s team is just starting to put their case together and has accumulated real evidence. So now they bring the heavy hitters in to cover-up what has been done. Remember, barr has been covering-up the deep state and biden’s crimes this whole time.
Can I guess well get a report in 2 years?
greg kelly just interviewed trump attorney jenna ellis on newsmax. informative if one can catch a replay somewhere.
Barrooom!
....... Hmmmm ..... Don’t like the use of the words ... “Apparently-Credible Allegations” .... Instead of just the Words .... “Credible Allegations” ..... Sounds like a little bit of doubt in those words ......
What happened? Ill tell you what happened. Barr looked at Esper getting fired today, with Wray and others on the chopping block.
I figured hed be next. Unless he did something. LOL
Is there one thing this fat fake can point to as being an actual accomplishment in the 1 1/2 years he’s been there?
Other then ignoring massive government crimes going on around him?
He probably knows exactly who did the crimes, where/what/how, which intel covert ops group they came out of, and who hired them. So his little “investigation” should amount to him scribbling the gig on a notepad.
But we all know the hallway of mirrors that he wants to send us down.
Barr wrote WEASEL WORDS that investigations may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that,if true, .... could potentially .... impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.
Where’s the ‘sting’?
I’m with you. Mr Do Nothing will only get in the way. I can imagine him coming out in a months time and saying “We could not find any large scale voter fraud” and the Dem lawyers will use that in court.
Who leads the probe? That is important question
Barr tells DOJ to probe election fraud claims if they exist
In a memo to U.S. attorneys, obtained by The Associated Press, Barr wrote that investigations may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.
The cynic in me says he is on the Deep State team, will rush this and proclaim that there is no evidence. That would cut legit efforts off at the knees.
Maybe this time Bagpipes might do something as he is out of job unless he takes off the lobster bib and does some actual investigating.
The normal trajectory with this type of investigations is election results are not changed regardless of criminal fraud. I’d like to see some examples of statewide races invalidated.
