Very interesting use of the gerund form here in the ring counties around Pittsburgh where we conduct elections fairly and honestly. The headline and the posted returns stress the word threatening and preliminary. Meanwhile, Sleepy Joe had a smaller lead percentagewise in the entire Commonwealth, almost entirely based on votes created overnight in Philadelphia and he is declared the winner.

Let’s see. The Republican congressional candidates are ahead but Trump has lost the state? Tell me another good one.

Wouldn’t that be a miracle. I cannot understand why the Republican state legislators would not act. Nor can I understand, after seeing how the software works, why Matt Blevin would not file a lawsuit himself after having his election stolen. Maybe he is waiting for all the evidence to be gathered by Trump, and will then use it for a case. Hope so.

This strengthens the Pubs, who have both houses in pretty well all contestable states with the exception of Nevada, where they do have the AG and someone else key (I think the SofS).

This is more anecdotal evidence that the Democrats did not bother to cheat at all levels in all the states in which they cheated. These Republican victories are “tells” of that reality.

The GOP controls both houses of the Pennsylvania legislature. Preliminary results indicate they will increase their majorities.

Right. Because we know that ALL of these voters split their ticket.

Southwestern Pennsylvania threatening to wash away three Democrats with more than 60 years’ combined experience in the General Assembly. (From the article)

Sounds to me this is the State Legislature, not Federal.

Man what a dilemma. I'm, being watched. If I jigger this vote I am going to jail. I have already jiggered the vote so I may go to jail anyway. How does a caught crook save his skin?

The only way out of some positions is not to get in them in the first place.

But yet they allowed the election mess to happen? Stupid. This state went from in person voting to mail in without a bit of preparation.

A mere two years ago, our commissioner of elections in Westmoreland County was rebuked by the Democrats for allowing elderly voters to request absentee ballots.

They said the law allowed absentee ballots in only two cases, namely, expected absence from the precinct on election day or physical disability which could impair access. They said we should follow the law strictly.

That was then. This is now. I kid you not.

These are races for the PA General Assembly, not the US Congress.

Sorry.

Doesn’t the legislature have control over election issues instead of PA Supreme Court? It seems they should be raising issues on the election.
