On Saturday night, Fox News correspondent John Roberts highlighted numerous new legal actions that President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign is taking as it seeks to continue its fight for a second term in the White House.

The report, which Roberts delivered on television, comes as many news organizations declared Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden the winner of the presidential election, even though some states have not been called and the campaign is challenging other results in the courts.

“The legal action is flying fast and furious,” Roberts told Fox News host Shannon Bream.

In the run-up to the election what happened to the damning evidence that Biden is a criminal?

That would have prevented this problem.

This ‘war’ continues to rage....it is far from over...and we have time.

Here’s some dates to keep in mind:

Dec. 8th...States Certification of Votes, each state has their deadline.

Dec. 14th..Electors Announce their Votes.

Jan. 6th...Joint Session of Congress read out loud the votes of the Electors.

Question???? Can they reject the Electors votes???????

Is it just me or has our President been inordinately quiet this weekend? He was spotted golfing earlier today, as if nothing was happening.

Am hoping that it might portend well.

The Electors, appointed by Republican state Legislators, inform Congress of their findings. Congress can choose to do anything it wants, but the Electors are appointed by legislatures by Constitutional responsibility.

If Congress wants to refuse them, the Supreme Court would decide which Elector slate is valid (assuming states sent two slates). Because the Constitution specifically says the legislature selects the slate, and Governors are not involved, the Court would have no choice. The law is clear.

This is the important issue. The Legislatures appoint the Electors. The relevant states have Republican legislatures.

Evidence of unreliable vote results do not have to be at a level to convince a court of law. They only have to suggest uncertainty. In the presence of uncertainty, the Legislature decides, not a court.

Congress can reject the elector votes—in Congress it is one vote for each state—Republicans have the majority of those votes.

In 1876 several states sent two delegates of electors to Congress with the instruction to “pick one”.

Each states legislators vote for the electors. So a republican state house van assign all electors to Trump even if Biden won the state. Completely legal.

I saw the same timeline discussed here in late 2008 after BO (the ineligible) was elected.

What if the Dems decided to take a legal strategy page from both 2000 and 2008? This election is about vote fraud, but I’m looking at how the legal battles worked out.

Praying for a better outcome.

Ping to hoosiermama.

I’m with you! Why didn’t Trump, or Barr do something about this BEFORE the election? I trust no one!
