Not to be picky but what we’re seeing is not ‘irregularities’ but rather blatant fraud. No system is perfect so we can tolerate some ‘dirt’ here and there, but not a mudslide like this one.

I’m hoping the Republican campaign organizations are meeting behind closed doors and will come out with their lawyers and a plan on Monday.

In many cases, they are the ones who would have to file suit. But I don’t think it hurts to have Rudy out there first, simply because the media timed this almost perfectly: “call” the election at the start of the weekend, so that no legal proceedings can be started, nobody is paying attention to the news, etc. That means a delay that could be critical, so I think it’s a good thing at least that Rudy is out there refusing to go away.
