Conservative radio host Mark Levin slammed the Pennsylvania Secretary of State for her handling of ballot counting.
On Thursday, Levin accused Secretary Kathy Boockvar (D-Pa.) of breaking the law by counting votes that arrived after Election Day without valid postmarks. Levin said the Constitution grants states the right to direct their elections and Boockvar is allowing federal laws to take over.
“The reason why election statutes were left to the states, Mr. Producer, is because the states demanded it,” Levin noted. “They did not want the federal government interfering with the manner in which they set the vote, nor did they want courts interfering with a…political process.”
Levin also accused the Supreme Court of dereliction of duty for not taking up a case before the election.

Do the ballots that suposably pushed biden ahead even exist? Since nobody was allowed to observe how do we know they aren’t just making up the vote count?

It is clear by now that they didn’t follow Alito’s order.
So now what?
Let’s assume Amy doesn’t recuse herself. She is able to overcome Traitor Roberts vote.
What is the realistic remedy?
Best case = they don’t even have a number for the total quantity of how many late votes were mixed in, therefore the whole batch after that point in time becomes invalid.
She should offer to recuse herself, but only if Sotomayor and Kagan, both appointed by Obama/Biden, recuse themselves also.
It’s just accusation. No legal binding.
To be honest, as Asian trump voter I like the way democrats conduct election, a winning mentality.
If they lost election by N votes, they will find or create or produce N votes for next election and they keep and polishing their doing until they permanently have power as they did already in all coastal states and Illinois and Minnesota
You see, republicans and conservatives still see election as founding father set up between 2 gentlemen who shared same moral principles and foundations
Today’s election is not that type! It is a fight. You bring your rules to fight, you lose eventually

Is that a realistic remedy? I dont know the answer to that question. Seems like I read where this came up before in PA and they said redo the election but I cant remember the details.

Her recusal was about the fact that she hadn’t had time to read up on the issues versus because she is a Trump appointee.
By now, she will have had time.

Roberts CAUSED this issue. I don’t see how anyone can see otherwise. They put a pillow over Ruthy’s head or pulled her out of the freezer to give him an out, so he could do this.
According to the 2019 (est.)Federal Census the “total” population of Philadelphia county is barely over a million and a half people.
Philadelphia County: (Biden) 555,833 81.0%......(Trump)125,897 18.3%
That amounts to 683,730 county residents voting thus far, and they are still counting. It really begs the question of how many legally registered voters actually reside in Philadelphia county Pennsylvania
