highly doubt a revote would be ordered; if it was then many deadlines would likely be missed.

No, that won’t work, at 8 PM on Tuesday Trump was up by 770,000. The number of votes he tallied after that time was extremely small compared to the number of Biden votes tallied later.
The problem with that is...if they get to re-vote, then ALL states get to re-vote.
Best thing to do is invalidate the whole election and start over. Vote only in person, one day, and the count must be done by a certain time on that day.
OR..it gets sent to the legislature. One vote per state per the constitution.
Now you’re talking!......Pa. Sec. of State and Gov. stepped ‘way over’ that line ‘Constitutionally’....and in writing.....this is an absolute breach and Interference in a Presidential election that will stick.

There is a very simple solution to the cheating in urban areas, that has been going on for the last 150-200 years.
Discard all the votes from that particular area. When honest urban voters start acting like the honest rural voting communities, then they get their votes counted.
These imaginary urban voters give the urban areas too much political power.
