In the 4th Congressional District, where Rep. Ben McAdams had held a slim and decreasing lead over challenger Burgess Owens, the script has flipped — the Republican Owens now leads McAdams by just over 2,400 votes. That gives Owens 48.1% of the total vote to McAdams' 47.15%.
We may end up with a net gain of at least 10 seats in the House.
We are already up a net 6 seats.
Haven’t seen or heard much from Nanzi.
Does that mean a run-off if Owens doesn’t cinch the 50% mark? Or does it go to the biggest vote getter?

No, Utah does not have a run-off.
This is the seat Mia Love lost in 2018 by 700 votes. Definitely winnable in a presidential year, especially given that Trump may have expanded his 2016 margin in Utah by 4% (from 18 to 22).

I was crunching the numbers at the NYT site, figured any R leading by less than 1% in CA would lose, and came up a net gain of exactly ten seats.

1. Biden gets in by cheating
2. His Alzheimer’s combined with the leftist radicalism of the people controlling him causes him to lose the house and add R seats to the Senate, maybe a red wave to make it filibuster proof.
3. In the meantime, Durham finally issues his report showing how Trump was framed and people actually go to jail.
4. Also a lot of evidence of the cheating slowly dribbles out.
5. Trump runs in 2024 and gets a congressional majority plus filibuster proof senate.
