Exactly!! They knew this crap was going to happen. Why didn’t they have boots on the ground from the start in the Dem run states that they knew were going to be a problem?
He CLEARLY IS. They are stalling. There is nowhwre for him to make up the votes unless Philly turnout was double than last election.
Interestingly enough they postponed the press conference scheduled for 3:30 PM EST for whatever announcement they had planned.

Shit! They should have a had a legal team in Philly when they started early voting. Too little too late.
