The plan was for Biden to declare victory last night and immediately assume the role of “president elect”. This is why Arizona was called prematurely, and why the states Trump won took hours to declare while anything in Biden’s column went up immediately.

The plan all along has been for Biden to announce his victory followed by his Mainstream Media lapdogs spreading the story that “Trump refuses to leave the White House” to cue the riots.

This is standard “Color Revolution” operating procedure. Everyone involved should hang.
