Rpublican Madison Cawthorn has won his election bid to represent North Carolina's 11th Congressional District.
The 25-year-old Cawthorn defeated Democrat Moe Davis and will take the former seat of former GOP Rep. Mark Meadows who departed from Congress to became President Trump's chief of staff.
Cawthorn will become the youngest sitting member serving in Congress, a distinction that presently belongs to New York Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Nice. 11th district used to be my district before they moved it around.
Great news!
Excellent! The first time he meets ‘Sandy’ he needs to ask her for a Margarita and Chips and Salsa!
Then, he needs to hammer home what an IDIOT she is on the Congressional Floor EVERY CHANCE HE GETS. :)
Yes, I know. But I can DREAM, can’t I? All politics being local and such? ;)
And Tillis is announcing victory
Cawthorn radio commercial in his hometown yesterday: “Cunningham banged the wife of a solider who became near suicidal over it”.
