Popular conservative talk radio host Mark Levin was targeted by Facebook on the evening before the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
“Facebook has now placed severe restrictions on my Facebook page on the eve before the election based on an extremely dishonest Politifact review of my link to an accurate story,” Levin tweeted November 2. He added: “I will not be intimidated or threatened by Facebook. You can also find my posts on Twitter and Parler.”
Attached to the tweet was a screenshot of the notification from Facebook explaining: “Your Page has reduced distribution and other restrictions because of repeated sharing of false news. People will also be able to see if a Page has a history of sharing false news.”
Politifact had fact-checked Levin’s post of a tweet from Richard Grenell, where Levin called Biden a “fraud” for not wearing a mask on a plane. Fact-checkers such as Politifact claimed the photo Levin shared was in fact from November 2019.

The government needs to take over all social media sites... First order of business. No censorship EVER! You can buy Hitler’s maniacal and rambling Mein Kampf at a bookstore, or read it online. But you can’t read Levin’s views and post on Facebook?
Balderdash and bullsh*t! They are not qualified, nor are they authorized by any entity to censor anything ever! Where Facebook, Twitter and Youtube ever get off mistakenly believing that they are the sole purveyors of truth and enlightenment is beyond comprehension. At one time, long ago, I thought that Facebook was a fun site to share pictures of the kids and the dog. It isn’t. It exists for two purposes: to make money by showing you ads and selling your personal information, and to promote the democrat party.
Remember the meeting between obammy and the heads of the social media? What do you suppose they talked about? Pictures of the kids and the dog? Or how FB/google/instagram/twitter could promote the interests of the democrat party?

Parler does not bill themselves as a conservative or liberal site. They are non-partisan. That said, they do not censor, so conservatives have signed up in droves. Liberals get slapped down pretty quick when they post their hateful trash.
