The government needs to take over all social media sites... First order of business. No censorship EVER! You can buy Hitler’s maniacal and rambling Mein Kampf at a bookstore, or read it online. But you can’t read Levin’s views and post on Facebook?
Balderdash and bullsh*t! They are not qualified, nor are they authorized by any entity to censor anything ever! Where Facebook, Twitter and Youtube ever get off mistakenly believing that they are the sole purveyors of truth and enlightenment is beyond comprehension. They need to be reigned in from these propaganda power trips, that every socialist and Nazi in history would seriously be jealous of.

At one time, long ago, I thought that Facebook was a fun site to share pictures of the kids and the dog. It isn’t. It exists for two purposes: to make money by showing you ads and selling your personal information, and to promote the democrat party.
Remember the meeting between obammy and the heads of the social media? What do you suppose they talked about? Pictures of the kids and the dog? Or how FB/google/instagram/twitter could promote the interests of the democrat party?

What would the 230 exemption do to stop this? It will only encourage more of it. Maybe that is what you want, to crush their popularity?
They are a private company they can do what they want. 230 has nothing to do with the problem. In fact it’s newspapers like the NY Post that can be sued for libel, while FB/TW etc can’t which is all the more reason why these sites shouldn’t be censoring or limiting any content that isn’t explicitly illegal.
IMO the only way to stop them is to treat any platform with more than a few million users as a public utility. I am not a fan of regulation but we’re letting them create dystopia with their MK Ultra techniques, and this is not heavy regulation it would just say “you can’t stifle people’s conversations”.
Maybe Levin can get his good buddy Mike Lee, chairman of a Senate committee with subpoena power, to look at this issue. Sadly, I doubt that will be happening now that Mumbai Mike is owned by the Democrats who run Big Tech.
