I am just passing on the article, for situational awareness of our community. Just reporting what’s going on.
It seems to be a steady spread of marijuana legalization, each election cycle. Some win, some lose, but I don’t recall any getting rolled back, once they are enacted.

Criminalization is a steep tax - and has spawned a lucrative black market.
We already have “medical” marijuana retailers in AZ , this prop would allow them to sell to the general public

Voting to legalize medical or recreational marijuana, is like a competition to be designated as the village idiot.
Are they competing to see who is the most stupid?
Yes, because it’s so brilliant to give criminals a lucrative monopoly on the marijuana market.
Legalizing marijuana will cause job losses.
Cops to arrest users will not be needed.
Prosecutors will not be needed.
Judges will not be needed.
Prisons to house marijuana users will not be needed.
People who build prisons and maintain them will not be needed.
Marijuana growers will lose their business.
People who distribute marijuana on streets will not be needed.

Many years ago, it took a Constitutional amendment to prohibit alcohol. What’s so different about a plant that FedGov already had the power to ban it?

That rotten crap infests half the town of Fairbanks on a daily basis since it’s become legal.
One thing to keep in mind is that marijuana users are still prohibited from buying or owning firearms under Federal law, even if it’s legal in your state of residence.
If you own guns or want to own guns, stick to alcohol for your cheap thrills.
