There’s a very real chance that Philadelphia with have of voter “turnout” of over 100%
They lied lied about Russia.

But you can trust the fake stream news about the election.
Why does a Mayor have any involvement with a Federal election? Isn’t this a State responsibility?
So, it’s going to be a game of Sit on the Ballots til we know how many to manufacture?
As long as those mail in votes are secured, under bipartisan supervision, and the chain of custody is not broken, fine. It’s the extra ballots that are “found” days after the election and late arriving mail in ballots with mismatched signatures and no postmark that worry me.

I don’t understand why counting mail in ballots should take longer than counting ballots all submitted on one day, Election Day.
It should take less time because they can count them as they come in. They have a head start and there are less to count on actual Election Day.
