If the fbi thought for sure Biden would win they would have come out and said they investigated the matter and found no criminal conduct whatsoever.

The FBI has two types of investigations. When it’s Republicans, they first see how many charges they can stack up, and then manufacture more charges. When its a democrat, they first scrub their involvement, then they counter any witnesses, and finally they implement a cover up and disinformation campaign, with the aid of the news media.
