Former Democratic presidential candidate Marianne Williamson justified another night of riots and looting in Philadelphia by claiming that there’s nothing in the Bible which tells people not to steal.
Yes, really.
Numerous stores were trashed and looted while police officers were attacked again in response to the shooting of Walter Wallace Jr., who was killed after advancing towards officers with a knife.
One of the stores targeted was Chick-fil-A, despite its CEO Dan Cathy previously shining a black rapper’s shoes in a pro-Black Lives Matter stunt.
Responding to the looting, Williamson took to Twitter to declare, “There are people in this country more concerned about a Walmart being looted than about an innocent man being killed. Many of them tout the Bible, but “Thou shall not loot” is not in there. “Thou shalt not kill” sure is.”
Apparently, Williamson is unaware of the Ten Commandments, one of which literally states, “Thou shalt not steal.”
When respondents pointed out Williamson’s embarrassing mistake, she was forced to correct herself, tweeting, “Actually, “Thou shalt not steal” is of course in there. But my point about priorities remains the same.”
Apparently, the ‘priority’ for many in Philly over the last two nights has been to secure some fresh new Jordans from Footlocker and whatever was left to loot at Walmart.
All in the name of “justice” and Black Lives Matter, of course.
Raising the question, If she is this ignorant, what else does she not know? This is why Lenin had these people shot after the revolution.
Marianne, you’re the one saying things that make you sound dumb or ditzy. You cannot blame ‘the media’ or ‘right wingers for it.

Not only should you not steal, you can’t even covet someone else’s stuff.
Maybe she stole an abridged version that left out all those pesky “shalt nots”.

She was raised secular Jewish and adopted The Course in Miracles and became rich teaching it. Has been quoted she would have been Kabbalah with a red string if it had been available back then. Not a credible person.
Why would she know anything about the Bible?
The loons similarly argue Jesus didn’t mention sodomy, so it makes it OK. Pay no mind what His Father had to say about it (or the fact that most civilized societies considered it so filthy, disordered and evil that it need not be mentioned - it was well understood. Much in the same way that one understands when invited to a meal that you don’t climb up on the table and defecate. That latter part wasn’t mentioned explicitly in the Bible, either).
