Update below.
The Drudge Report alternative Citizen Free Press, which has racked up 75 million page views in October so far, mysteriously disappeared from search results on Bing, Duck Duck Go, and Yahoo on Wednesday. Microsoft told PJ Media that it is working on a “fix” but the mysterious disappearance still raises serious questions.
Citizen Free Press raised the alarm on Twitter about an hour after the disappearance.
“Attention Bing: Citizen Free Press has completely disappeared from your search results in the past hour,” the secretive one-man operator who goes by “Kane” tweeted. “The link to our homepage suddenly is gone from your results 7 days before the election. CFP gets 15,000 visitors per day thru Bing.”

“For BING to suddenly remove Citizen Free Press from search results — 7 days before the election — certainly raises some questions. Let us hope this is just a technical snafu and not a permanent ban,” Kane told PJ Media. “CFP is not a bit player — with 75 million pageviews so far in October, it is one of the largest conservative news sites in existence.”
“For one of the 3 major search engines to mysteriously remove our link would be a gross violation of free speech, and an untenable act of censorship,” Kane added.
“Citizen Free Press gets approximately 15,000 unique visitors per day from Bing, and another 15,000 from Duck Duck Go,

Duck Duck Go, has also removed the links, as they use Bing as their search engine base.
Quite a revelation as I thought they were completely independent with the added feature of emphasizing protecting searchers' privacy and avoiding the filter bubble of personalized search results.
DuckDuckGo had always distinguished itself from other search engines by not profiling its users and by showing all users the same search results for a given search term.
They are back.
Must be you. DD&G lists it #1 slot
I just searched on DuckDuckGo - it is the first search result.
Google has it back. First response with link
It’s up on Brave.
Use Brave. It’s all we use - and it’s got a built-in ad blocker as a bonus.
I daily scan Breitbart, Liberty Daily, Whatfinger, CNS, OANN, Canada Free Press, WND, Newsbusters, and CFP, (plus at least that many non-aggregating, straight-up conservative “new” sites) and of the lot of them, Citizen Free Press is the most comprehensive, concise and compact. IMHO it’s even better than Drudge was before he went wobbly. Bookmark it and check it first and you won’t have to bother with search engines.
What if we can’t get online news Election night??
I cruise FR, The Liberty Daily, and CFP. CFP has the best format by far and they update so fast. FR is the best forum. Liberty Daily is good too, but not CFP.
A related issue.
Right Reads:
Has been “down for maintenance” for quite a while now.
It always worked for me.
It came up for me on Duck Duck Go.
Perhaps it’s fixed.
Of course, it might be an out-of-date version.
The headline says “Lindy Lands in France!!!!”

Works for me. Im supposed supposedly independent DuckDuckGo was not working. Maybe it was totally unrelated to the search engines.
Oh, I was wondering what they did. Everyone talks about them being independent, but if theyre using Bing, all they are is the filter. So if Bing decides not to cover something, DuckDuckGo will never have it. That seriously devalues it as a search engine.
Thanks for posting. Ive looked at all the conservative alternatives to D that I can find. Rantingly, com is my go to, many times a day, like I did for 20,years with D. Try rantingly.com.
