Yes, but the state laws on how to receive, and count the votes, are being violated. First by the activists judges in the state, in their rulings, then by Roberts in the USSC by refusing to enforce the actual law, for disingenuous reasons.

Question is: Will someone be checking the postmarks on every late ballot to make sure they were legitimately sent in on time?
There is a difference between:
I have no problem with them counting mail-in ballots, for example, those sent by our military, which were mailed on time but received after the deadline.
Check the postmarks!!
But a mail trace in West Texas can be done by sending the Texas Rangers on horseback to catch up with the Pony Express rider and look in his saddle bag. That's a plus.

Great attitude to have....pretty much where I’m at...but election day when the polls close I’Ll be sitting on the edge of my seat watching Trump bring it on Home state by state! Just as I did last year....and worth it for the Joy that followed .....and that I could safely breath Hillary didn’t win!
This year the nation hangs fully in the balance....we can pray that God will continue to show us His great mercy and let this President and whatever administration he lines up complete the Job that was started in 2016....and that we the people will cooperate once again.
Personally I think they play us all for fools. If 73 million have already voted, how many “late” ballots could there be? Also, how many people who want to vote by mail wait until the last minute to mail their ballots? Are we expecting thousands of votes to come pouring in after election day?

According to the Constitution, it is up to the State Legislatures to decide. State courts and governors are not supposed to be able to make up their own laws about this.
