How could any postal employee be so stupid and slow moving as to take 6 days to drive within a few miles of the person’s home to deliver an absentee ballot?
We’d have time to drive across the country on Route 66 and hand deliver it. Aren’t most ballots within the county or a small area beyond? Mine goes around 2.5 miles.
Philly may destroy their voters desire to vote because of the riots.

Unfortunately, the postal union would probably object to non postal service employees going into sorting facilities and checking ballots.
She’s not. She hasn’t had time to read all the briefs yet. Unless there is a genuine rush — that the state in question could not resolve election issues according to a decision before Nov. 3 — then they could wait a day or two until she’s caught up.

Of course, there is the issue of a hearing that took place before she was sworn in. If either of those hearings took place before her swearing-in on Monday, she may be disqualified from ruling on them, no matter what.
