A lot don’t want to hear that. I hate judges making law as much as anyone. But unless there is some objective measure of “sameness” And not that picture from 2000 of the doofus with the magnifying glass I don’t know how this can really stand. My 2 cents.
If you don't think your signature would match, then vote in person, with a valid ID.
While I am not intending to be insulting here, it is incumbent on you to ‘make your mark’ in a consistent and identifiable way.
It is the point of a signature, and even foreign illiterates have been able to do this for centuries.
