MSNBCs Joe Scarborough proposed nominating 73-year-old former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to the Supreme Court next year should Democrats take the White House in next weeks election.
What a great birthday gift it will be next year for @HillaryClinton when she is one of the three new Supreme Court justices appointed through the Judiciary Reform Act of 2021, Scarborough tweeted Monday following Justice Amy Coney Barretts historic confirmation.

Does Hillary have any judicial background?
Why YES she does, she was FIRED from the Watergate Prosecution for being the most Unethical and DISHONEST Lawyer Ziefman had ever met.

That would be silly considering her age. Remember how well she held up during the 2016 campaign.

To pass such an act, the democrats would need control of both houses of congress and the Whitehouse. Don't let that happen.

Does Hillary have any judicial background? Has she ever served as a judge in any court? Does she have a degree in anything but liberal arts?
Precisely the reason he is recommending her. The left thinks the Supreme Court is the Supreme Legislature. So it's appropriate for them to want to put politicians on it.

What a great birthday gift it will be next year for @HillaryClinton when she is one of the three new Supreme Court justices appointed through the Judiciary Reform Act of 2021, Three? That would give the Court 12 Justices. It needs to be an odd number in order to eliminate ties.
Plus, I think the court will be packed from nine to 15, so that the Dims can appoint six new Justices to guarantee a Liberal majority for at least the next 20 years.

Her superb memory would kick in, she wouldn’t be able to recall anything.

Does she have a degree in anything but liberal arts? She has a J.D. from Yale Law.
She was on the original Watergate investigation staff.

She has a law degree from Yale.
Her legal experience is:
1 A partner at a now defunct Arkansas legal firm where she was a “rainmaker” (Because of being married to the AG & later governor. She was able to steer business to the firm.),
2. Getting fired from the Watergate committee.

The confirmation process would go pretty quickly with Democrats in charge. They would sing her praises with how masterfully she managed the questions from the senators. Of course, with stacks of books and reference materials around here, all her answers would be “I don’t recall” or “what difference does it make at this point?”
Then we would hear how imminently qualified she is . . .
