MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough proposed nominating 73-year-old former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to the Supreme Court next year should Democrats take the White House in next week’s election.

“What a great birthday gift it will be next year for @HillaryClinton when she is one of the three new Supreme Court justices appointed through the Judiciary Reform Act of 2021,” Scarborough tweeted Monday following Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s historic confirmation.

Precisely the reason he is recommending her. The left thinks the Supreme Court is the Supreme Legislature. So it's appropriate for them to want to put politicians on it.

Three? That would give the Court 12 Justices. It needs to be an odd number in order to eliminate ties.

Plus, I think the court will be packed from nine to 15, so that the Dims can appoint six new Justices to guarantee a Liberal majority for at least the next 20 years.

Of course, with stacks of books and reference materials around here, all her answers would be “I don’t recall” or “what difference does it make at this point?”
