I’ve seen her do the same laughing thing at her tiny events. Someone suggested that she came across as unlikeable during her debate with Pence, so she started the fake laughing to try to make herself look more likeable. She was even dancing and laughing the other day. It doesn’t work, she just comes across as being a ditzy fool.

So her attacks in the debates were just to move the polls her way. She didn’t mean any of it. Doesn’t get more phony than that.

Someone told her that she was considered unlikeable by voters so laugh and smile more. It’s not natural for her so she doesn’t know when to do it and you get ridiculous fake laughing at inappropriate times.

Exactly. It's extremely obvious. She laughs every time in a public forum, whether in person or virtual. I think she thinks she is being affable and connecting with cult-of-personality liberal tyepes who are addicted to the worst programs on TV, like the Housewives of Who Gives a Shit.
Clinton got in power and so did Obama by appealing to the "cult" above. Clinton: always smiled, seem charming, laughed, play a sax, talk about his underwear. All made the clueless youth admire him. Obama had Billy's shtick down pat.
Her home video cameras have a lot of footage of her head spinning 360 degrees and a foul green pea soup like substance shooting out of her mouth.
