Someone told her that she was considered unlikeable by voters so laugh and smile more. It’s not natural for her so she doesn’t know when to do it and you get ridiculous fake laughing at inappropriate times.

But nothing tops the fakeness of this moment when the balloons were dropped at the 2916 DNC convention:
