The Democrats think that the "Purcell principle" is more important than the rule of law.

The Supreme Court currently has eight members instead of the usual nine due to the Sept. 18 death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.”
Only until Judge Barrett takes her oath here in a few hours :)

To make doubly sure they probably should have waited till later tonight (after ACB has been sworn in) before filing. You just can’t trust that snake Robert’s.
Ah well.

Nov 3 should be the last day...
If its not there by then its too late...

The GOP state legislatures need to stop appealing the lower court rulings based on their decisions and instead make an Article II Section 1 separation of powers argument to SCOTUS that the lower courts had no jurisdiction to oversee the legislatures' actions regarding choosing of Electors.
This will force Roberts to have to choose between ignoring Article II plenary rights of the state legislatures and judicial supremacy.

Are these guys effing idiots?!?! Wait one more day until ACB is on the damn Court. Doing this now will allow Roberts and crew to shoot it down before she is seated.

Didn’t Pennsylvania also rule recently the signatures on mail-in ballots don’t have to match? Sounds like a more serious problem to me.
