The GOP state legislatures need to stop appealing the lower court rulings based on their decisions and instead make an Article II Section 1 separation of powers argument to SCOTUS that the lower courts had no jurisdiction to oversee the legislatures' actions regarding choosing of Electors.

This will force Roberts to have to choose between ignoring Article II plenary rights of the state legislatures and judicial supremacy.

The PA legislature has decided how the state chooses its electors and written it into law. I think the state Supreme Court has a say if the legislature tries to unilaterally change a law passed by them and signed by the governor.
