Organizers of the Black Lives Matter movement are suing Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey and her husband in connection to an incident in which the prosecutor's spouse pointed a gun at protesters picketing their home.

You’re not the DA or the spouse of the DA who is prosecuting people correctly resisting private tyranny in the manner you describe. Lacey is denying that right to LA citizens and putting them in jail for it, so she has no right to do that either.
Hope they take her for everything.
This particular LA DA does not believe anyone has the right to defend themselves from home invasion and likes to prosecute.

Amazing that criminal gangsters can file lawsuits against their victims. Even more amazing if the court doesn’t immediately dismiss it. If not, justice is dead in America. This DA has prosecuted other people for doing it. She has, I presume, declined to prosecute her husband for doing it now.
