Mediaite has learned that Fox News was first approached by Rudy Giuliani to report on a tranche of files alleged to have come from Hunter Biden’s unclaimed laptop left at a Delaware computer repair shop, but that the news division chose not to run the story unless or until the sourcing and veracity of the emails could be properly vetted.

Moreover, according to Bannon, one of Hunter's former partners who is now doing time, has given Bannon full access to his email account in which he was a participant in many of those email chains.
The best evidence of authentication is the fact that the Biden campaign has not challenged the authenticity. Instead, they have dishonest activist reporters write cryptic stories about Guiliani’s ties to Russia, blah, blah, blah. If these emails, etc. are not authentic, the Biden campaign would be screaming this from the rooftops and demanding that they be examined. In fact, if the materials were NOT authentic, this would HELP Biden, because he could argue that Trump is being helped by Russians, etc. BTW, Bannon/Guiliani, etc. were contacted by Hunter Biden’s attorney demanding to get the laptop back.

The fact they wanted to ensure the sourcing was legit is not a bad thing. Would that ALL media would show the same level of due diligence.

I’m forever thankful that they are driving this. It wouldn’t have gotten out otherwise, as they are the only ones with the cajones to get this out to the public. Most others have been half-*ssed wimps.
Guiliani and Bannon make a great team. Bannon is totally media savvy and will get the word spread around. Guiliani is a pit bull who won’t let go of the story until he gets to the bottom of it. And they both have axes to grind with Dems/MSM and will out Biden big-time. Go Rudy, go Steve, and a thousand thank you’s for doing the job no one else really wanted to touch.
Not to defend Murdoch but doesn’t he own the New York Post, Trumps favorite newspaper? I think he bought it from Alexander Hamilton.
Better than the signed repair contract and the emails from hunter’s lawyer asking for the return of the laptop? Inferential rather than direct evidence is better?

This. There is zero Grey area in this laptop scandal. Zero. Either this stuff is real, and heads should have rolled. Hunter should be in jail if he is actually doing anything to a child, if the video isn’t doctored. There should be treason/corruption hearings. Biden would be Unfit To Play.
Conversely, if this is all fake and the accusations were drummed up by an overzealous Trump / Giuliani / Russian / whoever team, it’s the worst dirty trick October surprise ever committed and if Trump knew about it he should step down.
There is no middle ground here. This is horrendous as deeds and almost as horrendous as false accusations.

All they had to do was confirm some of the emails were accurate from some of the recipients and it would have been much more verified than than the Steele Report which they ran with for three years.

Lately, in Florida most of the commercials on Fox are anti Trump.
The fact Hunter Biden has attempted to retrieve the laptop and, by doing so, verified it is indeed authentic.
Not sure what they mean. Adam Housley called the computer repair guy- spoke with him at length to get questions answered. He also got a copy of an email from Hunter’s attorney about the laptop.
Adam’s a straight shooter and was satisfied with what he learned.
I suppose the DNI coming out authenticating the Hunter BidenIdiot’s laptop stuff makes no hill of a difference with the tards at FOX.....
If you had been paying attention you would know, Rudy produced a receipt signed by Hunter and charged to one of Hunter's charities. He also produced a letter from one of Hunter's lawyers requesting the return of the drive.
