Joe Biden’s town hall drew more TV viewers than President Trump’s competing event on Thursday night, according to early figures.
A total of 12.7 million viewers tuned in to ABC to watch Biden field questions from voters from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., compared to 10.4 million who watched Trump do the same on NBC, initial Nielsen ratings show, according to the Wrap.
The Democratic presidential candidate also came out on top with adults ages 18-49, with a 2.6 rating. Trump scored a 1.7 rating.

I can recall the 2008 election and heard the same crap about the polls being wrong and how Palin would carry McLame across the finish line...

This same story ran after the Conventions with the DNC hailed as garnering more viewers “initially”. Then when the final totals were released the RNC blew the DNC away.
I’m not sure in this case why the numbers even matter since it wasn’t a debate.
I didn’t watch Hidey/Ho because I’m not into Male-on-Male sex.
I didn’t watch our President either, because 1) I didn’t need to because he who I am voting for and nothing will change my mind or even enhance my thoughts on the topic 2) I refuse to watch another Commie-Rat fake journalist screeching at our President and never asking any legitimate enlighting questions.
More drama and potential of disaster. Trump in this sphere is boring.
The other thing about policy discussions—they are useless and boring if 90% of the interesting topics are banned because they might offend someone.
Because everyone knows what Trump thinks. He is over exposed. Nobody knows what Joe stands for. And after that Townhall.. they still don’t.

All the ABC Network Affiliates broadcast the pro Biden Rally, oops Townhall.
Many NBC Affiliates did not broadcast the Trump Inquisition, oops Townhall. People had to go to PMSNBC or CNBC to see it.
The same crap about the polls being wrong.

I watched both, and I watched Trump’s twice.
My impressions: Biden had a nice watch, he was like a boring old grandpa telling stories, I HATED his idea of giving $15K to every first time homebuyer, the moderator treated him very gently, with kid gloves, like walking on egg shells. I was very annoyed he repeated the hoax that Trump said “inject bleach into your arm.” And stated it was a fact. Trump actually was referring to the use of UV light as a disinfectant. Never said bleach. Very unfair for Biden to casually refer to bleach as factual.
I thought Trump didn’t do well the first time I watched, but them watched again and saw how MASTERFULLY he handled every nasty, stupid question. I mean—Q Anon? Please? And surely the “do you denounce white supremacy” question can FINALLY be put to rest?
Trump looked like a leader who can fight back and lead and kick ass and make things happen.
Biden looked and acted like one of my old professors in college ready to retire. He even mentioned being a professor, more than once. All theory and no action. And the usual Dem “tax and spend.” There is no economic growth there.

Initially, I could not find Trump’s Town Hall on the Dish program guide.
Then, late in the afternoon it showed up.
By the time of the program, IT WAS GONE from the program guide, again!
I am going to have to blow my own horn here.
I predicted Obama victories (in the primary and then the general election) in 2008 and then his re-election in 2012, and took a lot of heat around here for that.
The public wanted a first black president—really badly.
In addition, both McCain and Romney were “moderate” and “reasonable”, which meant their attacks on Obama were muted and feeble.
When Donald Trump entered the scene, it was clear we had a winner.
The only way to defeat the Democrats is attack, attack, attack, without mercy.
That is what the Democrats and their mass media propagandists do—and it blew away McCain and Romney.
This President will get re-elected, because he understands the American electorate and the mass media leftist propagandists, and the great experiment with the first black president is now long in the rear view mirror.
We were told it was on NBC...could not find it on NBC...almost gave up, but then tried MSNBC and finally found it.
I believe as Limbaugh stated this morning, tracking begins in the first 15 minutes....would not have counted us as we thought it was not being shown...
Trump supporters tuned in to see Biden gaffs
Let’s see...you can watch Tucker Carlson who’s been saying all afternoon that he has more dirt on Hunter Biden, or, you can watch two politicians. Take Tucker’s ratings share, throw 50% of it to Trump.
Half of Biden's (or more) were people wanting to watch comedy and see what Bidenisms he would spout this time.
