Better than what I thought wss going to happen...
Should be 1st degree
Civil suit against 9news.... holding breath
I don’t think so. First-degree is premeditated, second ‘heat of passion.’
I personally think Dolloff didn’t go there planning to shoot anyone, he just got slapped in the face for whatever reason, got angry and shot the guy. Seems second-degree murder to me. Wasn’t first-degree murder, wasn’t ‘fear for my life’ self-defense.
Why not the “producer”/ TV station?
He was paid to go agitate against the Trump supporters and see if they could get some good footage to make things look bad for Trump. But it backfired. The other antifa guy with the black shirt on was also involved.
I 100% believe he did go there to escalate confrontations and create an incident where he could shoot someone.
I think the taunting thing was a set up, and therefore the action that followed premeditated. “Mace me and see what happens.”
Exactly. At least it should be a consideration when charging and let the jury decide.
News article this morning somewhere that speaks of the killing maybe was a targeted hit job.
A lawyer would beat the first degree charge. Second degree not so much. But in reality it should be first degree.
I personally think you are wrong.
Too much planning to get him to that location and to engage in provocation of the man he shot.
The second degree they can make stick.
First degree would be harder to prove.
So the mouthy guy was a 9News producer?
I dont think so.
This article is a laugh.
Its not even close to the photos.
The three (shooter, instigator wearing Black Guns Matter tee, and the producer from 9news) were seen huddling before the incident. I am curious about their conversation
Glad his picture is out there. Very glad
2nd Degree murder..... At the moment the murder occurs, the killer definitely intends to kill the victim, but up until that moment, the killer had no plan to commit murder.
A second situation that constitutes second-degree murder is where the perpetrator intends only to cause serious bodily harm but knows that death could result from the act.
Like the boy that shot the armed guy charging him.
That was self defense.
