I think I would be heading to the HR office and ask who I talked to in order to file a hostile workplace environment made so by, well HR. There is $ to be had here and a chance to stick it to the brain dead idiots who infest HR and diversity offices throughout the country. I am really disgusted that we are pushing segregation and division. Was MLK and all that marched with him for nothing? It would seem so with the Democrat party. Jim Crow in reverse is the new racism of the liberals.

Oh man, this is multiple layers of illegality. First, it’s a state and federally funded school, so they are violating both the state and federal non-discrimination laws. Then the RA’s are employees, so they’ve got a hostile work environment problem on their hands. To top all that off, these RA’s are being given racially discriminatory training and then sent to work in STUDENT HOUSING, so now you’re running afoul of equal housing opportunity and housing discrimination laws too.
This is lawyer’s wet dream.
It’s very much NOT legal. Multiple state and federal laws are being openly violated.
Parents’ wallets will soon tire of this bs.

Alinsky got a lot of stuff right in terms of tactics and attacking powerful institutions, IMHO. “Rules for Radicals” is like reading Rommel, Mao, or Che - never hesitate to steal what is effective from the other side to use against them.
