Whites and non-whites training to be Residential Assistants at the University of Kentucky were segregated according to their race and put through different presentations.
The separate trainings were provided to Young America’s Foundation through the organization’s Campus Bias Tip Line, which included emails and documents about the training. White RAs were sent to a “White Accountability Space” where they were given a document that listed 41 “common racist behaviors and attitudes of white people.”

The person who alerted YAF to the segregation wished to remain anonymous and said that white students were required to have the document on their computers and then discuss with which behaviors they were familiar.
“We talked about how we could best support our minority colleagues and be more mindful of the microaggressions we commit against them every day by being white,” the student told YAF. “They wanted us to acknowledge our ‘extensive white privilege.’”

My ‘Accountability Space’ holds 6 long guns, 6 pistols and some ammo.
Potential violation of law is being described here. Broadly speaking, federal law requires that employees not be treated differently by race.
Also, the "Volljuden" ("full-Jews") and "Zigeuner" ("Gypsies") had there own special treatment, referred to as "Sonderbehandlung," which is supposedly really great (can't say for sure, because I haven't heard back yet from any of them).

This info is then stored forever and can be used against a person if they ever decide to run for office etc. Confessions on a computer. This sounds so much like the re-education camps set up after commie takeovers.....just a bit more sophisticated.

Back in the Stone Age, I taught at UK for three years while in grad school, surviving on tuna fish and mac & cheese wages. But at least the Administration tried to understand and help their employees. The University President attended one of our parties and listened to our concerns and complaints. The Dean of Liberal Arts was such a friendly guy he would roll up his sleeves and help grad students move from one apartment to another. We would do anything for that man.
Now I read this crap. How low can a University sink?
