So the FBI has evidence that makes one of the Democrat Presidential candidates look corrupt and sits on it for nearly a YEAR before the election (and STILL sits on it - since it’s someone else who finally made it public).
That’s the very SAME FBI that, four years ago, knowingly used FALSE information to try and destroy President Trump.
And we’re supposed to believe that they’re a wonderful organization of hard-working people, doing a fine job and really interested in “justice.” Uh, huh.
Rudy’s Trump’s lawyer and works at times with the Justice Department. The question is whether the shop owner was giving it to him in that capacity, or Rudy came in with a covid mask and said: “Hi. I’m a big fan of the Bidens. You wouldn’t happen to have any computers of theirs lying around, do you? I just want it for my collection. Honest.” Question is who contacted whom, and with what understanding?
Bartiromo just had it on her show, with Solomon. John said he couldn’t confirm this stuff and he has known about them for about a month.

Hunt her has “plausible deniability”. He cannot answer that question. He has the beginning stages of Joementia. It must run in the family.
It doesn’t seem that Giuliani was acting in any government capacity at the time. Regardless, even if he was, he did not engage in any search or seizure. The hard drive was turned over to him voluntarily by the laptop repair guy. Evidence seized by private actors like the laptop guy, even illegally, is not subject to the exclusionary rule.

All of this is probably academic, though. The FBI has had all of this for 10 months, so if any of it was going to lead to a criminal prosecution, it would have happened by now.
Giuliani was probably holding onto it in hopes that there would be a prosecution, but now that it is clear that there won’t be, at least before the election, he is releasing it now to at least make political use of it.

Yeah, well we have that at least 99% are honest hard working people per Hannity.
I had occasion to read up on a fellow named Elmer Irey yesterday. My interest was peaked by a movie I watched the other evening, T-Men. Irey was the coordinator of Treasury investigations back in the 30s and 40s. One quote stood out. These guys made the cases others took credit for. The “other” large federal agency they mentioned had a very active press office, Treasury did not. Hoover denied there was any organized crime. Treasury proved there was by getting racketeers like Capone, Gordon, and a bunch of others while Hoovers group got individual characters like Dillinger, Floyd and a bunch of stolen car recoveries. Lastly, I don’t recall any time where a Treasury Agent was arrested for being a KGB spy especially not at the executive level like Robert Hassen was.
