The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday ruled that President Trump’s use of emergency powers to allocate millions of dollars in funding for the construction of a southern border wall was illegal, the latest blow to the Trump administration’s effort to limit immigration.
In the 2-1 decision, the court upheld a December 2019 district court summary judgment in favor of a request from the advocacy groups the Sierra Club and the Southern Border Communities Coalition against Defense Secretary Mark Esper, acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf and “all persons acting under their direction ... from using military construction funds appropriated for other purposes to build a border wall.”

Significant in these cases, is that the President is operating under a declared state of Emergency.
One was declared last year when immigration resources were overwhelmed, which was extended this year, and is still in effect.
The other of course, is COVID-19.
Our Government cannot be paralyzed in an emergency, by allowing hundreds of un-elected judges to veto the Commander in Chief’s actions. Any one might be corrupted, or simply wrong. It is not the job they were hired to do - it is Judicial over reach.
Reportedly, Senator McConnell told Chief Justice Roberts, that if the Judiciary could not fix that internally, legislation would have to be imposed on them. They seem to be working it internally to the Judiciary.

Unless everyone in every country was tested and they all used the same test then the numbers are meaningless.

That’s interesting, but aside from Mexico City, I don’t think that the country has as many highly-populated, very dense cities that the U.S. has.
Plus, Mexico has sun and fresh air; I visited the home of a person whose mother still lived there. The bathroom toilet was missing its seat and lid, but there was a lovely courtyard in the center with flowers of all colors and wild birds (I actually saw an “abuela” cut the head off a turkey and then serve it for supper that same night. Delicious!).

I think the Dems are wasting their time in messing with ‘Trumps’ boarder wall. “See! He let you down, he didn’t build the boarder wall!” What a joke. Trumps supporters know he’s been thwarted at every turn. We could care less about the ‘wall’ right now. We need to barrel him through re-election like a Football team trying to win the Superbowl with 1 minute left and with all their time outs on the one yard line and ahead 13 points. It’s going to happen, barring some Alien invasion. Then we can start back up and complete the wall. Even independents see what is going on with the gas lighting. The Dems are toast... unless the deep state is so pervasive they manage to steal the election with brazen disregard for facts and evidence and thereby ‘removing him from the White house’, All bets will be off and the civility that has been shown on the right and by Trumps supporters will go out the window. It will truly then be a HOT civil war.

An invasion is what we have and Obama and Biden encouraged it. Only when President Trump came into the Oval Office, did Mexico began to comply with our border law. Mean while pictures of illegal young men and women by the hundreds have disappeared into America...an army awaiting the call. Legal Immigration was thrown under the bus by the Obama AGs Holder and Lynch; the Obama State Dept., HLS and the Obama Administration...we've yet to see the end of corruption from those 8 years...Pelosi and Schumer knew of the illegals populating our nation under Obama and DID NOTHING TO STOP IT. Their treachery should have consequences....

You’re right. Trump can tell the 9th to stuff a barrel of sausage up their bunghole and order the nearby 1st MarDiv at Camp Pendleton to show up with cannon rammers to effectuate the presidential request.
